Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families through a combination of clinic-based services at our Hammond location and in-home services across Northwest Indiana. This role involves providing services in our Hammond clinic and in client homes throughout the surrounding region, offering a balance of structured clinical work and real-world application. About This Role We are looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care while building strong relationships with families and caregivers. Our team prioritizes clinical integrity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for the children we serve. What You'll Do Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy Provide parent training and caregiver coaching Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field Experience with pediatric ABA preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care Why Achievers ABA $108,000/year starting salary Performance bonus + referral bonus program Generous maternity/paternity leave Flexible scheduling Manageable, clinician-friendly caseloads Clinical autonomy with supportive leadership Collaborative and accountable team environment Our Values We are a values-driven organization.
