Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services focused on assessment, intervention, supervision, and collaboration to support individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized treatment goals and plans Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervision Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards Data & Documentation Collect and review behavioral data Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records Document client progress Collaboration Work with caregivers, teachers, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in team meetings and case discussions Program Support Assist with administrative tasks and program development Engage in continuing education Maintain compliance with state, federal, and BACB requirements Organization Wabash Center Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM No evenings, weekends, or on-call hours Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification. Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field. At least two years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA clinic setting. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and client populations.
