RBT/ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing 1:1 teaching for a specific caseload of children in the ABA clinic. An RBT works directly with children with autism or other intellectual disabilities using verbal behavior teaching skills. Each RBT receives daily support from our BCBA's and Supervisor Team. Our clinic based ABA sessions are done from 9:00 am - 3:45 pm with no traveling or nights/weekends.

Qualifications:

Minimum HS Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred Must be able to pass RBT exam, after 40 hour training period Enthusiastic interaction style with children An interest in working and helping children and adolescents with Autism or other intellectual disabilities Prior experience working with children highly preferred Excellent communication and writing skills Be physically able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, maintain the pace of their client, stand from a sitting position quickly, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl Be able to lift and/or move 40 pounds Reliable transportation Innovations In Learning offers a Positive, Fun and Supportive Working Environment!
