Mysa Autism Center is a client-centered provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care for children with autism. Located in Evansville, Indiana, we prioritize meaningful outcomes, strong family collaboration, and a supportive environment for both clients and team members.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support clients in developing essential skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, or community settings Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA Accurately collect data on client behaviors and skill acquisition Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and colleagues Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision Maintain active RBT certification and adhere to all BACB ethical standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Active RBT certification through the BACB (required) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively Successful completion of a background check and compliance with all state requirements
