This is a perfect position for someone leaving the field of ABA, or center based ABA. Use your RBT training to make a real life impact in the life of an Adult transitioning to living on his own. Work with a multidisciplinary team of Medicaid Waiver providers to encourage skill building, independence and foster integration into the community. Looking for experienced RBT's with a desire to become a caregiver. Must have experience working with Adults with challenging behaviors and Medical Needs. Must be willing to provide total care, including bathing, dressing, toiletting. Experience working with an AAC device highly preferred. (LAMP words for life) Must have strong communication skills and be able grocery shop, meal plan, and cook foods in accordance with a specific diet.
