Job Description

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you'll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

Astro ABA is a growing provider of high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of the families we serve by delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members Attend team meetings and training sessions as required Maintain professional, respectful communication with families Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child
Requirements:
Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
