Your primary focus will be to implement behavioral therapy strategies and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans. You'll engage with children and adults, collecting data to track progress and ensuring that each person receives compassionate and effective care tailored to their unique needs. What you'll do Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support individuals in achieving their goals. Collect and analyze data on behavior patterns to inform treatment adjustments. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for clients. Provide patient care that fosters independence and enhances quality of life. Participate in intake processes to gather essential information about new clients. Stay updated on medical terminology and behavioral health practices to ensure high-quality service delivery. Basic qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Preferred qualifications Background in special education or related fields.
