Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, clinically strong, and leadership-driven Senior Behavior Analyst to support the continued growth and development of our clinical teams. This role is designed for experienced leaders who are passionate about mentorship, operational excellence, clinical quality, and helping develop the next generation of supervisors and clinicians. The Senior Behavior Analyst plays a key role in strengthening clinical quality, supporting supervisor development, improving operational performance, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care across assigned teams and classrooms. What You'll Do As a Senior Behavior Analyst, you will: Provide mentorship, coaching, and advanced clinical support to Supervisors, BCBAs, BCaBAs, Autism Specialists, and BCBA candidates Support classroom-level caseload management, billable performance, and productivity oversight Partner with leadership to improve retention, staff development, and clinical outcomes Reinforce advanced clinical skills through modeling, overlapping supervision, and real-time feedback Lead classroom performance discussions and support operational accountability Assist with problem-solving for complex clinical cases and treatment planning Promote ethical, evidence-based, and high-quality ABA services Support onboarding, competency development, and staff growth initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Clinical Leadership What Success Looks Like Success in this role includes: Strong mentorship and supervisor development High-quality clinical oversight and ethical compliance Achievement of productivity and utilization expectations Strong staff engagement and accountability Positive client outcomes and treatment effectiveness Operational partnership and problem-solving leadership Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required BCBA certification preferred Minimum 3 years of behavior analytic experience preferred Leadership, mentorship, or training experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills required Passion for leadership development and clinical excellence Why This Role Matters This position is critical to supporting sustainable growth, strengthening supervisor support, and helping ensure our teams feel clinically equipped, supported, and successful.
