Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will guide families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful progress, fostering independence and improving quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, oversee, and modify behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing progress monitoring. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Lead intake assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive client care. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation for behavioral interventions. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance requirements. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to perform thorough patient assessments in a compassionate manner. Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations within a clinical or educational setting effectively. Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and engaging families in treatment processes.
