QUALIFICATIONS
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required. Kentucky LBA. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations.
JOB GOAL
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and caregivers.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify behavioral needs and goals. Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and clinical data. Assist with the completion of Functional Behavior Assessments Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in various settings, including schools, and possibly a virtual mode for home settings Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. Provide training and supervision to staff, behavior technicians, and other team members. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, parents, guardians, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive data at all times Other duties as assigned.
