What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children affected by autism and other developmental disabilities while being supervised and supported by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll help children: Improve communication skills Build social connections Develop independence Learn emotional regulation Reduce challenging behaviors Gain confidence in everyday life Most importantly, you'll help families experience hope. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children preferred RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we can help!)
