Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Line Technician (RLT) / Registered Behavior Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by implementing evidence-based interventions, assisting with daily living skills, and supporting their overall well-being. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with licensed professionals to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes growth, independence, and positive behavior change. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under supervision of licensed clinicians Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and treatment responses to inform ongoing care and adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care routines Support teaching and skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, and functional life skills Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality and security of all medical records and documentation Collaborate with team members to develop, review, and update care plans tailored to each client's needs Foster a positive environment that encourages behavioral health and effective behavior management strategies Qualifications Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification as a Registered Line Technician (RLT) / RBT within the designated timeframe Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and medical records management Ability to collect data systematically and accurately for progress tracking and treatment planning Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members Commitment to maintaining patient care standards while adhering to privacy regulations such as HIPAA Embark on a rewarding career dedicated to empowering individuals through specialized behavioral health services. Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
