Position Overview:

We're looking for a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! As an RBT at Grow & Tell, you'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized treatment plans for children with autism and developmental differences. You'll be part of a collaborative, creative team that values both professionalism and playfulness in equal measure.

What You'll Do:

Bring treatment plans to life through 1:1 and small group sessions that are engaging, positive, and meaningful Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Track client progress with accurate, consistent data collection Collaborate with families to share progress and helpful strategies Maintain session documentation and support ethical, high-quality care Participate in team huddles and feedback sessions to grow alongside your clients Help keep our treatment spaces safe, supportive, and full of potential

What We're Looking For:

Current RBT certification in good standing (or must be willing to complete courses and training) Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays A heart for helping and a head for details—strong observation and data skills are key! Ability to connect with children and families with patience, positivity, and professionalism Familiarity with ABA principles and a passion for learning more Collaborative spirit and respect for diverse perspectives
