Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract As a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll make a meaningful difference in educational settings by delivering expert behavior analysis services to students and supporting the ongoing development of staff. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals eager to take on a rewarding supervisory role, guiding a team of three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and directly influencing positive student outcomes. Your workweek spans Tuesday through Friday, with a total of 34 hours. The consistent schedule allows for extended weekends, providing greater work-life balance whether you're local or eager to explore new settings as a traveler.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience supervising RBTs or similar positions in school environments preferred Strong skills in training, modeling, and supporting staff in implementing behavioral interventions Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Flexible, solution-oriented, and driven to foster supportive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision of three RBTs, ensuring fidelity of behavior intervention implementation Conduct staff training sessions and model best practices to reinforce behavioral strategies Collaborate with administrators, educators, and related staff to customize intervention plans and monitor progress Collect and analyze data to drive program decisions and adjust interventions as needed Deliver support during school hours, shaping positive daily experiences for students
