Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to promote meaningful progress. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and adults by applying evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Duties Conduct detailed intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in various settings. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Educate families and team members on behavioral health strategies, medical terminology, and best practices for patient care. Experience Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Louisiana Behavior Analyst Licensure. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with special education practices, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in compliance with HIPAA standards. Ability to effectively communicate complex medical terminology and behavioral health concepts to diverse audiences. Prior experience in medical documentation, intake procedures, and managing behavioral health records is highly desirable. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
