Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our small, clinician-owned and operated practice! In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans for our early intervention clients. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing Ability to supervise, train, and support technicians effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence‑based ABA Ability to maintain documentation and meet compliance standards Experience working with early intervention learners with developmental delays with a focus on naturalistic teaching highly preferred Will consider applications from candidates preparing to sit for the BCBA exam contingent on relevant experience Why LaHaye and Doll ABA Services? The behavior analyst is expected to engage in ongoing collaboration with Executive Directors. The behavior analyst is expected to participate in and/or assist with monthly staff education activities. The behavior analyst is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing clinical and operational data to inform treatment decisions, monitor client progress, and adjust interventions as needed. The behavior analyst is expected to provide clinical leadership to assigned staff by offering guidance, making timely and informed decisions, and implementing strategies that support clinic objectives. The behavior analyst is expected to understand and perform the duties of their position within the defined scope of practice. The behavior analyst is expected to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, caregivers, and team members. The behavior analyst is responsible for meeting assigned commitments, deadlines, and job responsibilities in a consistent and reliable manner. The behavior analyst is expected to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn by adapting to changes in job responsibilities, workflows, and clinic needs. The behavior analyst is expected to present themselves as a professional leader through appropriate demeanor, attitude, and conduct.

Up to $90,000.00 per year
