BCBAs at Brennan Behavior Group enjoy independence and flexibility in their schedules and a competitive income. Responsibilities and Duties Design and implement behavior programs that are effective and individualized for each learner. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians working one-on-one with learners. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans. Create and provide behavior-related trainings to parents and staff. Qualifications and Skills Current BCBA certification/BCaBA certification Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Louisiana or license eligible At least 1-year of experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for children with autism and/or other developmental disorders. Experience in training parents and instructors in how to implement interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills, able to work as a collaborative and supportive team leader. Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and follow-up with multiple, simultaneous projects. Knowledge and experience with

Experience conducting assessments:
VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA, MOTAS Pay:
$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
