The Behavior Technician will work closely with behavior analyst and with learners to implement treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring a loving and supportive environment for growth and development. Duties Implement individualized treatment plans designed by behavior analysts, focusing on skill acquisition and behaviors of concern. Provide direct care and instruction, assisting learners in daily activities while promoting independence. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Work collaboratively and help maintain a healthy and supportive culture Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Pass a federal background check Reliable transportation and attendance Come join us in our unique setting where we practice ABA, but it is different!
