Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting high-needs students in a dynamic school-based environment. This role is ideal for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who thrives when providing intensive behavioral and classroom support. The assignment begins as soon as possible and will continue through the remainder of the current school year, with potential for extension based on need. You'll work full-time alongside experienced educational professionals and contribute to a structured special education program, making a meaningful difference for students with autism and related challenges.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in school settings strongly preferred Demonstrated skill supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and significant behavioral needs Comfortable delivering intensive support in structured special education environments Familiarity with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), behavior tracking, and effective de-escalation techniques SafetyCare training is highly valued Excellent communication and collaborative abilities for working within multidisciplinary teams
