BCBA | Board Certified Behavior Analyst Acushnet Public Schools - 5.0 Acushnet, MA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Parent-teacher conferences (communication methods) Full Job Description Provide consultation services to staff regarding students in the school who have IndividualizedEducation Plans (IEPs);b. collaborate and contribute to the development of those plans to determine and prioritize goals;c. develop a schedule for each student to be seen either within the classroom or in an individual or smallgroup setting outside the classroom (as dictated by the IEP);d. conduct formative and summative educational assessments to determine each students current levelof functioning, including VB Map;e. collaborate with teachers to determine the appropriate level of specialized instruction necessary foreach student to achieve the given goals;f. provide ongoing training to staff around autism and treatment for students with autism;g. collaborate with classroom teachers to implement accommodations and/or modifications asprescribed in the IEP;h. evaluate student progress toward meeting the goals and adjusting supports as necessary;i. report progress toward goals to parents and school administration;j. Communicate with parents to enhance their understanding of the services offered;k. Attend IEP meetings for students on the caseloadCompensation will be in accordance with the salary scale outlined in the Acushnet Teachers Association collective bargaining agreement.
