Responsibilities As a BT, you will: Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment Qualifications Minimum 3 months ABA experience High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, professional, and compassionate
