Immediately Job Description Behavior Technician - Full Time Center Based positions available! Would you like to make a difference in the life of a child with Autism? At RCS, we are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team and do just that. We have been providing the highest quality of ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities throughout Massachusetts for over 25 years.

Qualifications:
Enjoy working with children Have an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field Preferably have or be working towards a Bachelor's degree Able to work afternoon and evening hours Reliable transportation Candidates with an Associate's Degree and experience may be considered Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach Able to submit a transcript If you do not meet these qualifications but the position interests you, please apply anyway!
