You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care. What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children Collect accurate session data and progress notes Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: Consistent, compassionate engagement with children Accurate data collection and follow-through Openness to feedback and skill development Team collaboration and reliability Professionalism and positive attitude ____________________________________________________________________________________ Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience) High School Diploma /

Associate's Degree:

Bachelor's Degree:
