Part-time Behavior Technician/RBT Behavioral Link ABA Services Bridgewater, MA Job Details Part-time From $27 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Professional networking Working with individuals with developmental disabilities Driver's License Psychology Applied Behavior Analysis Full Job Description Behavior Technician Flexible hours during the summer months (June-August). Can continue into the fall if desired (after-school hours mostly) •Please note: this is a part-time position only. The Behavior Technician provides one-on-one instruction to children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Implement the individualized treatment plan programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Collect and submit data; Complete and submit session notes and billing information; Assist in the implementation of assessments and behavior plans (as applicable); Attend all scheduled sessions, meetings, and trainings; Communicate clearly and professionally with families, caregivers, and colleagues; Maintain professional relationships and boundaries with families; Participate in keeping all work areas clean and clutter free Maintain confidentiality of all client records and information; and Other relevant duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in psychology, education, or a related field, preferred At least six months of applied behavior analysis experience or enrolled in ABA coursework; Knowledge and experience working with autistic individuals preferred; Valid driver's license; Vehicle and clean driving record; and Have successfully passed a BCI and/or
