Role Overview:
As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you\'ll work directly with young children (typically ages 18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy. You\'ll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
- Collect accurate session data and progress notes
- Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child\'s success
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment Success in this role is defined by:

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
- Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license
- Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed

Bachelor\'s Degree:
\$22.00- \$26.00/hour
- Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:
- Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
