Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to an engaging contract position supporting students in a dynamic school environment near Cambridge, MA. This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling across two days per week during the 2025-2026 school year, working with a caseload of approximately 29 students ranging from elementary to middle school. You'll provide essential consultation services to help students thrive and to empower staff with effective behavioral support strategies.
Key Qualifications:
BCBA certification (required) Prior experience in public schools preferred, but not essential Demonstrated success supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing intervention strategies Strong collaborative approach and excellent communication skills Creativity, compassion, and a team-oriented mindset
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver behavioral consultation services aligned with students' IEPs Update and help implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Equip classroom teams with behavioral strategies and proactive interventions Partner closely with special education staff and school administration to foster student growth in stable classroom settings needing additional support Why Consider This Role?
