Bachelor's Degree Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) /b> We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.
Key Responsibilities:
/b> Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems Create and maintain data collection systems Provide in-class support and staff training Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans
