Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing behaviors, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the lives of individuals in need. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement behavior analytic techniques to modify behaviors. Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other professionals. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and families. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation. Other related duties as required. Education & Experience A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts. Master's degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health. Proficient in applied behavior analysis principles. Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Safety Care trained, CPR trained, First Aid trained a plus. Basic & Physical Requirements This role requires working in clinic and natural environments, sometimes involving lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs, maintaining various postures for extended periods, and spending prolonged periods sitting at a desk while working on a computer. Must be able to assist clients who experience physical and behavioral challenges. Must be able to use a computer and/or iPad to take session notes. Must be able to satisfactorily pass background checks. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
