Preferred Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Experience in public school settings is highly valued, but not required Prior work supporting students with behavioral needs and executing behavior intervention strategies Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills Creative, compassionate, and open to working in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Deliver behavioral consultation services for a caseload of approximately 29 students (grades 2-5 and middle school) Consult on and update behavior intervention plans Guide classroom teams in effective intervention and strategy implementation Work collaboratively with special education staff and administrators to boost student outcomes
