THE TYPE OF BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting Experience with special needs, ABA, PBS, or Trauma-Informed Care Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months Valid driver's license with reliable transportation A degree or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred, along with a preference for candidates who are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST
In this full-time home health care role, you will provide direct behavioral support in home, school, community, and clinic settings. You'll implement individualized behavior support plans, collect behavioral data, and assist in developing effective interventions. Your work will play a key role in helping individuals achieve meaningful progress and greater independence.
