Salary:
$80,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience)Performance Bonus:
Opportunity to earn up to $20,000 annually Paid Time Off Generous paid time off package totaling 28 days annually Paid time off increases with tenure Company Overview Piecing the Puzzle is an Accredited Behavior Health Center of Excellence and a dedicated provider of ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our mission is to support children's development and enhance their quality of life through personalized, compassionate care. Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is a vital role at Piecing the Puzzle, where you will create and oversee behavioral intervention programs tailored to each child's needs. Located in Lakeville, MA this position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Design, implement, and oversee ABA-based interventions to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to BTs and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity and clinical excellence.Complete required documentation including:
Supervision notes Treatment planning notes Parent training session notes Coordination of Care documentation (e.g., collaboration with other professionals and service providers). Analyze session data to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions. Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and required reports. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure treatment consistency across environments. Train and educate parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA principles, behavior management strategies, and intervention techniques. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and company policies. Participate in ongoing professional development, research, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
