PM Pay Rate:

$70/hour , based on experience and licensure Position Overview The BCBA will work onsite to provide behavioral support and consultation services to students who present with behavioral challenges. The role supports approximately 10 students identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or developmental delays , across Pre-K through Grade 4 . Students are supported within both special education and general education classrooms . Key Responsibilities Provide behavior analytic services, consultation, and oversight within the school setting Conduct behavioral assessments and support the development and monitoring of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school administrators Support students struggling with challenging behaviors through evidence-based ABA strategies Observe students in classroom environments and provide practical, school-based recommendations Assist staff with behavior management strategies and interventions Requirements Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience working with young children (Pre-K-Grade 4) Experience supporting students with autism and developmental delays Strong collaboration, communication, and consultation skills Ability to work independently in a school-based environment This is a great opportunity for a BCBA seeking a flexible, part-time role in a collaborative school setting while supporting early learners during critical developmental years. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:
