Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Take on a rewarding assignment as a Registered Behavior Technician working with a 9th grade student in a school setting near Lowell, MA. This full-time contract position is designed for an RBT who is dedicated to making a difference through one-on-one support, fostering positive behavioral growth, and helping students succeed academically and socially.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Previous experience providing ABA services, particularly in a school environment, is highly valued Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Comfortable working independently in a 1:1 setting with high school-aged children Ability to demonstrate patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to a 9th grade student on a daily basis Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect accurate and timely data on student progress and behaviors Communicate regularly with educational staff and caregivers regarding student achievements and any challenges Maintain professional and ethical standards as a representative of your field within the school environment This contract opportunity offers a chance to work closely with a dedicated team focused on student success.
