Beacon offers high intensity services to younger children with ASD (primarily Early Intervention). Seeking BCBAs interested in working with the younger population who value smaller/more intense caseloads allowing the ability to focus, and a comfortable work-life balance. Opportunity in both Boston and the South Shore area.

Responsibilities:

Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment Plan Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness Supervise Behavior Therapists Attend IEP meetings and coordinate care plans with other service providers

Qualifications/Requirements:
