This position is an exclusive center based BCBA position available at RCS Learning Center (Natick, MA). This is a rare opportunity to be able to join our Learning Center as a BCBA.

Qualifications:

work with individuals with Autismdevelop skill acquisition programscreate function-based behavior support planscomplete both skills assessments and functional behavior assessmentsproficient in staff, teacher and parent trainingspossesses excellent communication, organization and time management skillsmust be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA)ideally have at least one year of BCBA experience
