Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals, particularly those with autism, to implement behavior management strategies and support their development. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients through effective behavioral interventions and data collection. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision. Collect data and track progress. Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families. Requirements Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or in a special education setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and supervisiors. Join us in making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve!
