Up to $26/hour, depending on experience and licensure About the

Role:

We are seeking an experienced ABA Para or Registered Behavior Technician to support students in grades 7-12. This position may involve floating across classrooms or providing dedicated 1:1 support, depending on student needs and IEP requirements. Reassignments may occur as IEP grids evolve. You will work with students diagnosed with ASD, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral or developmental challenges. Behaviors you may encounter include aggression, elopement, flopping, and other behaviors posing safety concerns. Flexibility is essential, as responsibilities may extend to assisting other classrooms, recess and lunch coverage, bus duty, and supporting students with toileting or hygiene needs.

Requirements:

One year of ABA experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should be prepared to discuss experience in the following areas: De-escalation strategies and any related training Supporting students with trauma histories Data collection (types of data and systems/programs used) Discrete trial instruction Additional ABA-based interventions or relevant experience If you have any questions or would like further details about this opportunity, please feel free to reach out.

Minimum Requirements:
