What You'll Do:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans Create individualized treatment plans to help learners grow Provide training and support to caregivers and staff Work in home, community, and clinical settings

What You Need:

LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis) Master's Degree/Certification in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation Strong organizational & problem-solving skills Passion for helping individuals thrive Why Join Us? Small caseloads
