Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) In-Person | Clinic + Home-Based Services Sunflower Development Center | Raynham, MA Sunflower Development Center is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, high-quality BCBA to join our team. This is an in-person position providing a combination of clinic-based and home-based services, with opportunities to collaborate, lead, and make a meaningful impact on children and families. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs) Deliver parent training and support caregivers in meaningful, realistic ways Collaborate with a supportive clinical team through case discussions and clinical roundtables Ensure services meet medical necessity and payer requirements Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming accordingly What Makes This Role Different Strong focus on clinical quality C collaborative team environment Opportunity to work across multiple settings (clinic, home, community) Leadership that is involved, responsive, and committed to doing things the right way Systems being built to support you Requirements Current BCBA certification Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts Experience working with children Strong clinical judgment and ability to write high-quality treatment plans Comfortable supervising staff and providing feedback Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunities tied to performance and quality Flexible scheduling with a mix of clinic and home hours Administrative and clinical support to help you succeed cVqyeJAzcM
