Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by providing essential support to students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a welcoming educational setting. This full-time, contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with a 9th grade student, providing individualized attention and fostering an environment where growth and achievement can flourish. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician will help shape positive outcomes and support student success in a school committed to evidence-based practices. You'll collaborate with a team of educational and therapeutic professionals to implement tailored behavior intervention plans, track progress, and celebrate breakthroughs along the way.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Strong ability to establish rapport with adolescent students Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Excellent communication and documentation skills High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy
Key Responsibilities:
