Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Positive Synergy Positive Synergy is growing, and we're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to do meaningful work as part of a supportive, collaborative team. We provide home and center-based ABA services to individuals with autism, using evidence-based approaches including DTT, NET, and AVB. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $70,000 for newly certified BCBAs Annual pay increases Salaried position, not fee-for service! Additional percentage added to salary for every year you have held your BCBA certification Manageable caseloads to support quality care and reduce burnout 3 weeks paid time off 14 paid holidays Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Position Overview The BCBA serves as a clinical supervisor and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client programming. This includes assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and other providers to ensure high-quality, individualized care. Key Responsibilities Conduct formal and informal behavioral assessments Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies Create programs, teaching materials, and data collection systems Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical observation Lead regular meetings with families and treatment teams Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with schools and other professionals Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation (session notes, reports, treatment updates) Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Current BCBA certification Active LABA licensure in Massachusetts 1-2+ years experience working with individuals with autism preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks (BCI/CORI) Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills About Positive Synergy Positive Synergy is a collaborative and innovative ABA provider committed to delivering high-quality, individualized services.
