ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time opportunity with Somerville Public Schools in Somerville, Massachusetts . Part-Time, Contract (through ProCare Therapy)

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to improve student outcomes Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management

Qualifications:

Active BCBA License in Massachusetts Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Previous school-based experience preferred
