Do:

Provide high-quality, individualized supervision, professional development, and support to employees completing supervised fieldwork in accordance with applicable BACB requirements. Support high-acuity clinical cases in collaboration with the Director of Residential Programs. Stay current on all Behavior Analyst Certification Board supervised fieldwork requirements and supervisor standards. Audit BACB fieldwork tracking systems and provide feedback to individuals collecting supervised experience hours across NECC. Assist in the development and implementation of structured fieldwork sequences. Maintain required BACB continuing education credits, including coursework in Ethics and Supervision What You ll

Need:

Behavior Analyst Certification - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with required supervision credentials. Minimum of two years of experience providing individual BCBA supervision, with strong working knowledge of BACB standards related to supervision, fieldwork, and ethics.
