In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote positive growth, skill development, and independence. You will work closely with clients, families, and your supervisory team to deliver patient-centered care that fosters progress and confidence. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in behavioral health while contributing to impactful outcomes. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions accurately and consistently. Assist with patient assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies. Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding medical records, documentation, and sensitive information. Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral therapy techniques, medical terminology, patient care protocols, and behavioral health best practices. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods is essential. Experience working with people with autism or other developmental disabilities will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with standards such as HIPAA and Mandated Reporting is advantageous. Strong patience, empathy, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are vital for success.
