Job Description
Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts and was recently recognized by The Boston Globe as the 10th best employer in Massachusetts. If you're passionate about helping children and youth succeed using evidence-based behavioral strategies in home, school, and clinic settings, we want you to join our team as an ABA Technician in the Community Wraparound Program in Westfield or Springfield!
What You'll Do:
As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you'll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst
- Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals
- Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals
- Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings
- Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress
- Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards
Who You Are:
- High School Degree with at least one year's experince working with children
- Strong communication skills and a desire to support others
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)
- Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Must be 21 years or older We Hire for Purpose!
