Full-Time Ware, MA 01082, USA Pay or shift range: \$22.75 USD to \$23.75 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you\'ll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth ? Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst ? Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals ? Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals ? Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings ? Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams ? Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress ? Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standardsWho You Are:
? Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families- OR•Associate\'s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant direct service experience ?
