Job Description

First Steps Developmental Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians to provide ABA services to young children and families. This hybrid role includes center based services for children under six as well as school based and home based sessions with caregivers public school based children . Technicians who enjoy both structured teaching and natural family support tend to thrive in this position. We are building a team culture rooted in mentorship, collaboration, and high quality care for every child we serve. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the center and in client homes Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect session data and notes Partner with families in a respectful and supportive manner Participate in supervision and team meetings Qualifications High school diploma required Bachelor's degree or students in psychology, education, or related fields preferred Experience with children is a plus Reliable transportation for home sessions Willingness to learn and accept feedback RBT certification is welcomed. Support toward certification may be available.
