Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Blue Hive ABA Therapy | Full-Time | New Mexico • Colorado • Expanding Nationally About Us At Blue Hive ABA Therapy, our mission is Helping Children Thrive in a Supportive Hive. We are a fast-growing ABA company currently serving families across New Mexico and Colorado — with aggressive plans to expand into additional states. We are building our clinical team now, and the BCBAs who join us at this stage will have a direct hand in shaping the culture, systems, and standards of a company on the rise. If you're a clinician who wants more than just a caseload — if you want a seat at the table as we grow — this is that opportunity. The Role You will manage a dedicated caseload of clients with ASD and related diagnoses, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and delivering caregiver training. You'll work closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to drive meaningful outcomes. Core Responsibilities Conduct FBAs and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar) and develop individualized BIPs and treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs per BACB standards Deliver parent/caregiver training in home and community settings Monitor client progress data and adjust programming as needed Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in our EMR system Collaborate with schools, physicians, and therapy providers Requirements Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB State LBA's Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 1+ years working with children with ASD Clean background check per applicable state requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with Medicaid Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain (a major plus as we expand) What We Offer Salary $75,000-$95,000 DOE CEU reimbursement and professional development support Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling with telehealth options Real growth opportunity — we are actively expanding into new states and promote from within To Apply Send your resume to hello@bluehiveaba.com with the subject line "BCBA Application — [Your Name]."
