Job Description

Dedication's vision is to provide a space where neurodivergent/autistic individuals are provided ABA services in the best setting that impacts the child. We offer ABA therapy delivered by a highly skilled and compassionate team of board-certified behavior analysts and behavior technicians that are dedicated to providing exceptional, one-on-one personalized care. We are looking for registered behavior technicians and board-certified analysts. We are looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team and work with children in a pediatric setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children reach their full potential and be able to provide individualized instruction based on the child's needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral interventions, creating individualized behavior plans, and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Provide positive reinforcement to children to increase desired behaviors. Monitor and record progress of children in the program. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the child. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide parent education and support. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
