We're looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are interested in picking up a few flexible hours per week . This role is ideal for RBTs who want to supplement their current schedule by providing coverage for clients who are temporarily waiting for their full-time RBT to begin services . You'll help ensure clients can start receiving support right away by filling in for short-term or limited-hour cases. Schedules are flexible and designed to fit around your existing commitments. Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay Range:

$28 - $35/hour Full-Time or Part-Time Available (5-40 hours/week)

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is required.
